（一）外觀、裝配

2．鋁合金材料制件應(yīng)做表面陽極氧化處理，軸類鋼制件表面應(yīng)有防護(hù)鍍層；絕緣層壓類材料制件加工表面應(yīng)用絕緣漆進(jìn)行處理。

3．金屬部件表面粗糙度應(yīng)≤6.3

各部件加工表面應(yīng)規(guī)則、平整。絕緣部件表面應(yīng)光滑、無氣泡、皺紋或開裂，無明顯的擦傷和過熱痕跡，顏色應(yīng)為本色（從淺黃綠到棕色）
